SHALIN
There is not one "right" way to birth. Having walked alongside over 170 families through pregnancy, labor, and birth, I truly believe the best way to birth is with education and support, surrounded by the people you trust, and in an environment that makes you feel the safest. For some that is in the hospital, and for others that means at home or a birth center. Some prefer to use medical pain management, others hope to avoid all medical interventions and achieve an unmedicated birth, and many sit somewhere in the middle. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, loved, and encouraged no matter where, how, or with whom you choose to birth.
