Comfort Measures
for an Easier Labor
Join me for a hands on class where you will learn tips and techniques to help you have the most supported, confident birth experience.
Class is 3 hours long and includes a workbook, exclusive access to helpful resources, and a prerecorded comfort measures rehearsal for you to practice at home on your own time.
